New Housing coming to Pearland Silverlake area

Between Oct 2013 and Sep 2014, 2200+ residential lots were approved by the city of Pearland for construction of single-family homes and 2100+ lots were approved under preliminary plats.  They're predicting that the new housing starts will bring in 13,000 new residents to Pearland in the coming years.

There's new housing, Pearland Lakes, being advertised at Silverlake Parkway and Summer Breeze Dr, just west of Texas Hwy 288. Visit their community website.
