Between Oct 2013 and Sep 2014, 2200+ residential lots were approved by the city of Pearland for construction of single-family homes and 2100+ lots were approved under preliminary plats. They're predicting that the new housing starts will bring in 13,000 new residents to Pearland in the coming years.
